title   The title text as it appears in the paper. Note that Greek letters are expanded to alpha, beta, gamma etc..
publication   The journal or publisher, issue, pages and publication date, type.
The content has the following format:
Name_of_the_paper Issue#, pages_from#-pages_to#, year#[, type] such as:

List of types:

  • online review

Journal names are identical to the abbreviations used in TRANSFAC®
authors   The authors of the paper, as given there. Note that accents are omitted, German "Umlauts" are transcribed as follows: ä -> ae, ö -> oe, ü -> ue; German "s-z" (ß) -> ss.
