Changes (28, Nov. 2000)

For those S/MARt DBTM users which are specifically interested in the latest changes only, these are listed here in advance:

Release 1.1

ALL TABLES:

• The order of lines at the beginning of an entry has changed. The AC line is now followed by DT line(s).

• Empty fields will not appear in the flatfiles any longer.

• XX lines were included in the flatfiles as seperators.

• References become numbered seperately for each entry.

SMARbinder:

• NO line has been removed. Instead TRANSFAC® Factor accession numbers are given in a seperate DR line but only when a S/MAR-binding protein is also a known transcription factor.
