Binding Scale of Mutated Factor to a Wildtype Site

• 0 = binding is not determined

• 1 = binding is diminished due to the mutation

• 2 = binding is abolished due to the mutation

• 3 = binding is enhanced due to the mutation

• 4 = binding of new factor due to the mutation

• 5 = binding not affected
